Happy Halloween! Nothing scary about a free quote.

Ever received an email that looked a little off and wondered whether it was real?

Hover over the sender's name to reveal the actual email address, then check whether it matches the organization's real domain. For example, if an email claims to be from Canada Post and asks you to log in and pay a fee, but it comes from a random Gmail address, it is not Canada Post. Delete it.

You can also go straight to the company's official website instead of clicking anything in the email, or compare it with earlier messages you know were genuine.
